I'm a certified personal trainer from Queen Creek, Arizona with a passion for helping people feel stronger, healthier, and more confident. Fitness has been part of my life since I can remember โ I spent 10 years as a gymnast while competing in cheer and dance, which gave me a deep foundation in movement, body awareness, and discipline.
At 17, I discovered strength training and never looked back. Since then, I've grown my expertise through formal education at the National Personal Training Institute of Arizona, hands-on experience, and mentorships focused on training the body effectively and fueling it properly.
My approach is holistic โ I care about your physical strength, nutrition, mindset, energy, and lifestyle. My goal is to help you build sustainable habits and become the strongest, most aligned version of yourself.
